How do I place an order?

Simply navigate to the product page of the item you want, select the desired quantity and type, add it to your cart, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping and billing information, choose a payment method, review your order details, and finally click "Place Order" to finalize the purchase; the website will then send you an order confirmation email.

Payment and Shipping

We accept all major credit cards. Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express - Debit and Pre-paid debit cards.

We offer free shipping on select items with a minimum purchase of $50.00. Some items may be excluded from this offer due to size, weight, or specific delivery options that vary from our standard shipping times. If you need expedited shipping or processing, please contact us and we will be glad to work with you to get the item made and sent to you as soon as possible.

Typical Processing and Shipping Times

Our typical processing is approximately 1-3 days. US Standard Shipping is approximately 3-5 Business Days.

Due to the nature of some items - these may times may vary. Customer will be notified of estimated time of delivery and will be forwarded tracking information as soon as it is available.

Returns & refunds

The Wonder That Is Inc. is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with you order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with you order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchanse.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by an e-mail to customerservice@thewonderthatis.com with customer's name, order number, and items being returned or exchanged.

All orders must have a return authorization code (RA#), which will be provided within 48 hours of the preliminary return or exchange e-mail from The Wonder That Is before being seing back to us. Any package without this RA# authorization code will not be accepted.

Once RA# is noted on the package, products should be returned to the following address: 1601 W. Salish Ave., Nampa, ID 83651.

Any product returned must be in its original packaging, unworned, with all tags.

Refunds for returns received within 30 days from the purchase day will be given the same form as original payment type.
