The Wonder That Is Inc. is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price. If you are not satisfied with you order, the following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by an e-mail to customerservice@thewonderthatis.com with customer's name, order number, and items being returned or exchanged.
• All orders must have a return authorization code (RA#), which will be provided within 48 hours of the preliminary return or exchange e-mail from The Wonder That Is before being sending back to us. Any package without this RA# authorization code will not be accepted.
• Once RA# is noted on the package, products should be returned to the following address: 1601 W. Salish Ave., Nampa, ID 83651.
• Any product returned must be in its original packaging, unworned, with all tags.
• Refunds for returns received within 30 days from the purchase day will be given the same form as original payment type.
• The Wonder That Is Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via USPS, you must purchase and include delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, and any receipt included in the original packaging. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order.
• Please allow approximately 10 business days for your returned to be processed on our end. Final payment to customer's account may vary based on your financial institution.
• Customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.

All items take approximately 2-4 days processing time from our manufacturing facility. Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail (1-5 business days). If you need item in a hurry, reach out to us, and we can try to expedite order and delivery - may incur additional charge.

Shipping costs are a flat $9.95 for any pillow orders under $50.00 and free shipping for orders of $50.00 or more.
